The Flavor of Early Harvest

Harvested early and pressed within hours, our oil delivers vivid freshness, refined balance, and a clean peppery finish.

Naturally high in polyphenols, each bottle reflects the bright character of an early harvest.

Our Grove in Logkanikos

At 2,300 feet in the foothills of the Taygetos mountains, our Athinolia olive trees grow in rocky, mineral-rich soil shaped by cool mountain air and long Mediterranean summers.

For generations, our family has cared for this land by hand, guided by the same mountain climate that continues to define each harvest today.

Athinolia — The Spartan Variety

Native to the Peloponnese and grown almost nowhere else, Athinolia yields an oil known for its elegance, balance, and naturally high polyphenols, measuring 354 mg/kg.

Polyphenols are natural antioxidants that contribute to freshness, stability, and the peppery finish characteristic of premium early‑harvest olive oil.
