For generations, our family has tended a small grove of Athinolia olive trees in the village of Logkanikos, Greece.
The rocky soil, cool mountain air, and slow-ripening fruit shape an olive oil defined by its purity, freshness, and depth of flavor.

We harvest early and press in small batches to preserve the character of our land — bright, green, and vibrant.
